Cleary Gull Inc. advises Allison Payment Systems, LLC on Mezzanine and Senior Credit Facilities

Cleary Gull is pleased to announce that it has advised Allison Payment Systems, LLC (“APS”) in obtaining $23.7 million of mezzanine and senior credit facilities. The debt financing was provided by Northcreek Mezzanine, Silver Ridge Investments, LLC, and Enterprise Bank & Trust.
